BIG MIXERS
We provide mixing solution service to desing mixers for tanks, reactors, vessels for waste water plants to help manage big volume mixtures, whether it is needed to stock, mix, or solid reaction or suspension.
These mixers applications are focused for mining, chemical industry, sugar industry and water treatment plants.
Our experience has been based on, design, supply, manufacturing and commissioning of agitators for big volume mixtures.
SMALL MIXERS
We have a wide variety of designs: portable mixers assembled with clamps, portable mixers with pneumatic motor, mixers for sanitary applications, stands for mixers. And most importantly, our engineers and technicians will be able to meet any special design or particular requirements the client demands.
Small mixers primary focus is to assist in different types of products such as, paints, inks, chemicals, household cleaners, shampoos, food, and others in containers ranging from 20 liter buckets to 200 liter drums or totes of 1 m³, plastic water tanks, kettles, and normal tanks.
In general, our smaller mixers can be supplied with endless options.
SIDE ENTRY MIXERS
Our side entry mixing line is ideal for large/midium storage tanks, light mixing, and different applications in the petrochemical and pulp & paper industry.
These mixers are typical in the oil, pulp & paper, chemical and food industry.
We have available mixers for both transmission with “V” Belt driven bands, as well as, transmission with gears. Other options we have available include:
- Mounting through ANSI flanges to accommodate either stuffing boxes or mechanical seals.
- Variety of motors: TEFC, explosion proof, and washable for hostile environment.
- Finishing and special designs for sanitary applications.
- Shafts and impellers made of: carbon steel, stainless steel, special alloys.
BOTTOM ENTRY MIXERS
The application of these mixers complies to the requirements of maintaining homogeneous and suspended crystals and in order to maintain the growth control, as needed in the chemical and sugar industry process. As well as, assist in maintaining a uniform and controlled liquid pumping. In consequence avoid the breaking of the crystals with the appropriate impellers design.
Through our impellers of low shear and high efficiency in agitation we also aid in power consumption savings.
Wereas the sealing element in the lower assembly stands through mechanical seals of suitable characteristics, designed to avoid any leak of the liquid proccess and ease of assembly and maintenance.
