Grupo Industrial Mix-Cor brings Technical support to its clients for the design of the support system for the mixers installed in a lateral, inferior or over the tank, studs, totes, cisterns or reactors to be used.
In general they are usually, flanges, neck flanges or support with plates.
In case they are small or require mobility to switch recepients, easy cleaning or use of mixers, we poses models that are fixed or stationary and mobile that comply to our clients particular needs.
The main models we manage are:
- Fixed or mobile support with cup plate or clamp system. It allows eccentric mounting and rotation of up to 80% of the mixer, in addition to having up to 3 sliding stops to avoid vortexing and pitching.
- Vertical or mobile floor support. Most have slide bars that together with linear bearings, prevent stress during vertical movement. This displacement can be manipulated manually, pneumatically or electrically and the material can be composed by carbon or stainless steel.
